I have outbound SIP calls comming in over a sip trunk.. Some users just have a sip address and others have an extention defined.
I have a translation pattern that attaches a specific phone number to calls headed to the PSTN, I know that both calls from users with and without extentions are hitting this rule however only the ones with extentions are being translated with the correct phone number to appear for external caller ID, users with ony a sip address appear as the PSTN PRI default number.
Any ideas what I can do to ensure all of these SIP Trunk calls appear as the same number when the call goes external?
