Good Morning all
So one of the most recent requests that have come through, is to have some type of a custom directory that would have just the main department numbers in it.
So, for example right now when we go into directories we have:
Missed calls
recieved calls
placed calls
corporate directory
(We want departmental directories here)
From what I can tell, we will do some custom XML stuff to get this working.
Can anyone point me in the direction if someone has already done this? and/or an easier way to do this other than creating a custom xml from scratch?
