CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2 update to SU3

Dear All,

I'm planning to upgrade CUCM from version 8.6.2.20000-2 to SU3 and my question is do i need to use the COP file named ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.1.cop.sgn.

Hi Valdet,

The current CUCM version u are using is  8.6.2.20000-2 [8.6(2a)] and upgraded version which is available is 8.6(2a)SU2[8.6.2.22900-9]  not SU3.

Can u please re-check which Unrestricted version u want to upgrade?

If u want to upgrade to 8.6(2a) SU2 , then, u do not require above refresh_ upgrade file.

The unrestricted version is Release 8.6(2a)SU3 published on May 13. Here is the link:

Hi Valdet,

My apologizes , I looked into old compatibility matrix.

In your case for upgrading from 8.6.2.20000-2 to unrestricted 8.6.2.23900-10 , u do not require any refresh upgrade patch.
