CUCM 8.6 and CRM integration, which API or XML service?

Hi there

I have been asked to find documentation about CUCM developer interface. We would like our CRM system to connect to CUCM and receive CID/CTI and call duration in real-time for a start.

Which way should we look? Do our CRM supplier have to look at AXL interface, or Serviceability XML for real-time call data? or in another way? any suggestions?

Real-time data would require the TSP which provides a TAPI or JTAPI interface for subscribing to devices/DNs via CTI Manager. Both of the XML interfaces you mentioned are for administrative functions. CTI applications can impact the scalability of the CUCM cluster so plan accordingly.
