Was wondering if anyone has some ideas regarding my problem. I am having some issues making the CUCM to properly generate up-to-date CDR reports for the Proteus. It looks like it's always sending the reports from two days ago and not the latest ones. The only setting that would match this beahaviour would be:
CDR / CMR Files Preservation Duration (Days) but that is used only to mark the purging period and not the time span of the CDRs.
The CDR Load is set to Continous Loading 24x7.
Is there any other hiddn setting that I should have a look into?
