CUCM 8.6 DRS Backup

Hello all,

I was trying to do a backup for CUCM Cluster, when try  to configure Backup device from CUCM DRS Page, its shows "Update failed : Unable to access SFTP server. Please verify SFTP permissions.

The SFTP tool is freeftpd, iam able to take the backup of CUPS with the same SFTP client and PC.

CUCM is 8.6.2 Unrest.

Does anyone came across this issue?

Are you able to ping the sftp server from the cucm ping tool.

Ys iam able to ping SFTP Server from CUCM> OS Admin> Ping

Hi Jaime,

We had succesful backups before. DRF Service are up.

Try deleting the backup device and see if that works
