Hi all,
I need to know Cisco call manager 8.6 version/ CUPS 8.5 version supports LDAP integration with windows AD 2012 server. I think CUCM supports only windows AD 2008 server.

Hello,
It seems 2012 is not supported with CUCM 8.x after checking matrix even its not listed.

also refer to this thread where it says MS AD 2012 has been tested and is supported with CUCM 10.0(1)

Hi,
I have a customer with CUCM 9.1(2)SU1 which I integrated with AD 2012.
When I configured the LDAP servers as Global Catalog servers it worked but some information (Department and Manager I think) were not pulled across.
Changing from Global Catalog to LDAP (port 389) brought the missing info over.
It has worked ok so far - Jabber seems to work fine.
