We currently have CUCM 8.6 and Verint impact 360 V10 for call recording set and working...
Is there any doco's for the integration of the two?
The reason I ask is we are trying the recording solution via Extension Mobility by associating the "Device Profile" to the application user group opposed to the "Device" for CTI however cant get it to work???
Documentation seems very limited
Any help much appreciated!
