Just looking for some recommendations and feedback on what people are using to do call recording in their CUCM 8.x environments. We're looking to do the following for our Public Safety unit initially, and most likely expanding out to other departments:

There are several vendors out there that provide call recording funtionallity, some of the larger ones I used with Cisco UC:
NICE
Witness/Verint
CallRex
I suggest you look into their product offerings.
