Just looking for some recommendations and feedback on what people are using to do call recording in their CUCM 8.x environments. We're looking to do the following for our Public Safety unit initially, and most likely expanding out to other departments:
- Currently, we record two phones and two radio channels. If we get an analog phone (as an emergency backup), we'll need to be able to record that too.
- We need to be able to listen to and make copies of recordings for supervisory purposes, as well as the the District Attorney.
- Our phone calls often contain FERPA confidential information, so security of the system is very important.
- Recording retention time for at least 3 years.
