CUCM 9.0 Essential SW questions

Hi everyone,

I've got several questions about CUCM 9.x licensing and Software support:

1) Does CON-ESW-LIC for CUCM (basic,enhanced and so on users) allow me to download any phone firmware from cisco.com ?

2) Does SMARTNET for phone (f.e. CON-SNT-CP7962) allow me to download any phone firmware for this particular phone ?

3) Does each SMARTNET for each phone (f.e. CON-SNT-CP7962) have related record about phone's s/n ?

4)  Is there any document that describes different types of CON-ESW including p/n of essential sw ?
