Hello,

I have downloaded tha ISO for CUCM 9.0.1 from e-delivery but it seems to be a bit bigger than a normal 4,7GB DVD so I cannot burn it. Anyone having the same problem?

Why burn it, who uses DVDs these days :-)

Use SFTP to upload it to the server.

Chris

Hi Chris,

It is a unsigned ISO so I can only burn it.

If you're doing an upgrade, the installer will read the ISO fine.

If you're doing a fresh install, just point VMWare, or the server's management card at the ISO.

As Chris said, DVDs are so last decade ;-)

Please rate all helpful posts.

Somewhere around version 8.5 or 8.6 the images grew larger than a single layer DVD and now require a dual layer DVD if yout want to burn it.  This also requires a DVD-ROM that can read dual layer discs too.

Hi,

Apperantly that's how it is. The strange thing is that the CUCM 9.0 image from e-delivery was originally named

UCSInstall_UCOS_9.0.1.10000-37.iso. This way providing it via tftp to CUCM fails as it is not signed. When I renamed it to

UCSInstall_UCOS_9.0.1.10000-37.sgn.iso CUCM accepted it and performed the upgrade.
