Solved: CUCM 9.0 licensing question.

Dear all,

Could you help me? I’m confused with new licensing system of CUCM 9.0.

I generate and installed one license to Publisher server:

But, I have also subscriber one, and it seems working well with all started services and sub CUCM in CM Group.

Is it necessary to add product instance of subscriber or install new license to subscriber ELM?

Or, one license covers any number of subscribers?

You don't have to add subscribers, just the publisher is enought to license the entire CUCM cluster with ELM. Licensing has changed a lot and it's more user based rather than server/node based now, so you are correct to only have the publisher listed there. As long as you have enough licenses for the users/phones/features each user is using, you are good to go.
