Hello,
I have a problem with the ntp service. The publisher is unsynchronised.
However, the ntp server is reachable by the publisher.
I tried to restart the ntp service but nothing change.
Do I need to restart the server?
Thanks
Frederic

Hi Frederic,
What is the exact cucm version?
Where is the NTP server configured?
How many servers are there in the cucm cluster?
Can you post the output of "utils dbreplication status" from the Publisher and the NTP logs collected after doing utils ntp restart.

Hello Manish,
the CUCM version is : 9.1.1.20000-5. there are 4 servers. The NTP server is the core switch with a stratum at 1.
Here the result of utils dbreplication status :
Mon Jan 26 17:43:22 2015 main() DEBUG: Replication cluster summary:
SERVER ID STATE STATUS QUEUE CONNECTION CHANGED
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
D_sub_ccm9_1_1_20000_5 6 Active Connected 0 Jan 6 19:26:14
A_ccm9_1_1_20000_5 2 Active Local 0
B_sub_ccm9_1_1_20000_5 7 Active Connected 0 Jan 6 19:26:14
C_sub_ccm9_1_1_20000_5 5 Active Connected 1060 Jan 6 19:26:37
For NTP service, what file do you need? ntpd?
I checked the logs before to restart the service and the NTP service had already been restarted by itself.
