Good morning,
few weeks ago I've upgraded my callmanager to version 9.1.2 ( old version was 7.1.5).
All works well except the phone personal directory.
For that I've restarted the Tomcat service, and after this action the personal directory was working.
But after few days the personal directory is already not working.
I've restarted tomcat and then personal was working.
and so on....
Eachone can help me?

I would try to downgrade/upgrade the firmware on one phone and will check which firmware works. Its not theoretical method but it worked for me couple of times.

Hi thanks for help, but is not more simple th check the phone firmware.
But it's strange because all other services are working correctly.....
I've 2000 ipphones of various models, and all phones have the firmware with bugs?????

Hello,
What is the error when you try to access personal directory, how are you accessing it from phone/web..?. How is the system performance.virtual memory/CPU etc.
