CUCM 9.1.2 - Volume report for Translation Pattern
I have a translation pattern going to a hunt pilot and need to find out the call volume of it. If I just run a volume report on the hunt pilot, I only get results for when some directly calls the extension. Is there a way to find the call volume that goes to the translation pattern?
I do not know any way to report on that specifically. I would just create a second hunt pilot and point your translation pattern at that (or delete the translation pattern and use the number directly for the hunt pilot).
