CUCM 9.1 CALL Forward shows Extension without Prefix

Hi ,

I have a site with CUCM 9.1 and using MGCP GW.

I have an extension 5234 with a prefix applied for Calling Party for the  outgoing calls like prefix 03112.

The Calling Party Selection is set as " First Redirect Number".

"call forward all" is set to an external mobile number on the extension 5234.

When someone calls on the extension 5234 and call is being forwarded, I see only the extension number(5234) as calling party in the MGCP GW while doing the ISDN q931. Can any please suggest why this is happening?

But when a call is made from the extension 5234, the calling party number is displayed as 031125234.

Hi Faizal,

Its a coincidence, actually one of my customer just called me and told me the same observation which you have. I was searching CSC and found couple of below good discussions, these discussions may help you.

I will work out on it today evening and will share my findings.

Suresh

Check the CSS applied to CFA. Does it has access to that calling party transformation pattern ?
