Hello,

I have a CDR records from CUCM 9.1. In CDR records I can see a reason for call forwarding.

I can not find the CDR information, how do I differentiate a Call Forward between IP Phone and Hunt Pilot Hunt Call Treatment Settings.

Please find an attached as a preview in CUCM, what I want to find in the CDR records.

Is it even possible?

Thank you and best regards,

 Petr

Hi

I'm not quite clear on your question... could you be more specific?

I presume you've seen this: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/9_1_1/cdrdef/CUCM_BK_C268EF1B_00_cucm-cdr-admin-guide-91/CUCM_BK_C268EF1B_00_cucm-cdr-admin-guide-91_chapter_011.html#CUCM_RF_H4602176_00

Hello,

I apologize if I mistakenly commented.

In other words, in the CDR I want to find all the missed calls that were redirected further.

I try to describe the situation on the example:

  • I have got HuntPilot, DN=600
  • I have got Phones, DN=101,102,103
  • Some calls from PSTN are going to HuntPilot (to DN=600)
  • HuntPilot try ring to phones (DN=101,102,103) by some algorithm (ie. TopDown, Broadcast)
  • Now, if no phone receives calls after 30 seconds, it's apply Hunt Call Treatment Settings (either Forward Unanswered Calls to (number) or Forward Busy Calls to (number))

How can I find in CDR, which Hunt Call Treatment Settings was applied?

Current state of CDR:

On items in CDR I can see only Forward call with long duration time (for example 150 seconds). This seems to me as a standard call that was forwarded without Hunt Call Treatment Settings.

Thank you and best regards,

Petr
