Hi,
I´ve got a request from a user who wants to see who picked the call from the hunt group.
When a user is member of a hunt group an gets a call from for the group and doens´t answer it, he will get an unanswered call in his call history. How can he be sure that the call has been answered by another group member? In the call histroy entry is a little man symbol mit an arrow. Has this any meaning?
Thank you in advance

Hi,
There is no option to check on your phone on who picked up the call in the pickup group. Please check the following link for the behavior of 89XX and 99XX IP phones

"Hunt group and multiparty calls show an icon to the right of the caller ID that differentiates the call from a normal call."

Hi Manish,
Is there a way to get a report (probably like CDR) the number of users logged into the HLog. Out client wanted to know the number of agents logged into a hunt group at a particular period and who picked the call... Any possibility we can take it from the CUCM ??
Thanks !
