hi there, our campus would like to identify all their speed dials on each phone. is there a way to run a report from call manager administration page from the bulk administration tool? what are the steps to run a report to identify what each phone has on their speed dials?

You can do a bulk administration>phones>export phone > specific details/all details.

thanks much, does this provide details to each phone? can i run this step during office hours and no user problem?

you would need to go to BAT and create and export file format that includes speed dials first
bulk administration tool>phones>phone file format>create file format
and make sure you select speeddial amount down the bottom (set it to 99 or something).
call this file format for instance "phone export speeddials".
then follow my instructions in my first post and choose the file format that you just created as the export file format
should work
