Hi,
I have a problem about cucm manager assistant console application.
when assistant doesn't open cucm manager assistant console application on her pc . calls comes to directly manager's ip phone
why call doesn't come to assistant's ip phone ?
Is there any way to do this ?

"If you are an assistant using Cisco IPMA in proxy-line mode, you must log in to
the Assistant Console and have a filter enabled to receive calls made to your
manager on your phone."

You could use shared-line mode instead but you lose features and the calls will ring on both phones.
