Hello,

Is there a way to findout the total number of calls made in CUCM.  Need to know internal and outbound/inbound calls made in the system.  I don't really need to know cdr, but totals.

Thanks,

AK

You can use SQL commands at the CLI to pull 90 days worth of calls.  The script will depend on the version of CUCM you are running.

Thanks for the response.

Brandon - do you know what the command will be for CUCM version 9.x ?

I will research this further.

Thanks,

Example:

run sql car SELECT * FROM tbl_billing_data

Hi Ayaz,

The best way is to process CDR to get the total calls made on a range of date. Another solution is to use RTMT going to Performance-> Csico H323/SIP/FXO -> Call Completed but it 's inaccurate information.

Regards
