hello mates, i have a SIP phone that's not registering on the CUCM 9, it's a basic SIP device and i have removed and re-added it back onto CUCM 9, checked the IP address and still not working, anything else i need to check? cheers mates

What SIP phone are you trying to register?
Here is a quick doc related to third party SIP phone registration:-

Some 3rd party sip phones require the username to be same as the directory number configured.
If still there is any issue collect CCM traces and check for the response of the incoming Register message.
