CUCM admin login page error

Hi Team,

2 days ago was logged into CUCM 7.1.2 setting up a sip trunk to connect to ISP.

Now can't login to the CUCM admin page URL https://192.168.20.2:8443/ccmadmin/showHome.do

Keeps advising Log on failed - Invalid User ID or Password

I haven't done anything to alter this.

Same thing for Unified Servicability.

But can access the OS Administration with same credentials.

Doing a show account via CLI admin prompt..

Name=Test Privilige=1

Show myself output is

account name ccmadmin (which is correct)

Priv Level 4

Never had this before.

I tried utils reset_ui_administrator_password but comes back with error attached.

The error is telling you that you are entering an extra parameter where none is required.mI'm guessing you are entering:  "utils reset_ui_administrator_password <password>". But the command is a dialog. Try entering "utils reset_ui_administrator_password" by itself.

Did you try the right synatx

 admin: utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password      

New password:*         

Confirm new password:*
