I couldnt access the CUCM 7.1  admin page.The following error occurs

HTTP ERROR: 404

Problem accessing /cucmadmin. Reason:

    NOT_FOUND

Powered by Jetty://

But this CUCM is running and phones are register with it.

Please try /ccmadmin rather than /cucmadmin.

try with the IP address, it will provide the redirection to the proper login page.

The URL for CUCM Administrator is https://x.x.x.x/ccmadmin

Or as Raja said, just go to the plain IP address.

One thing that is confusing me, is that the error page mentions Jetty. CUCM Uses Tomcat not Jetty, so I wonder if you've even got the right IP address....

I tried both  https://x.x.x.x/ccmadmin ,just plain ip address It was not working.but I was able to SSH the server.after sometime tried again it worked.I dont know whats wrong with it.

I think you've got an IP address clash....
