Hi all,
I have some Cisco UCM servers version 8.5.1.10000-26. . There are few IP Phones. But Administration Webpage Access is very slow in publisher server. I also checked the CPU and Memory, they are fine. Anybody help me?

Try and run a "utils diagnose test" from the command line and see if you gete an hprof file created by running "file list activelog /tomcat/logs/ date detail". If you see one of those open up a TAC case and we can analyze it to see what's going on. Alternatively the Cisco Tomcat logs collected through the real time monitoring tool are useful to look at what is accessing the web service in the localhost_access log files. If you do end up opening a TAC case try and have these items ready for the engineer along with a time stamp of when you noticed the web page being slow.
