CUCM and DHCP interaction

I've two questions about interaction between CUCM and DHCP server.

1. In a network with a CUCM, IP-Phones and a DHCP server:

• if the DHCP server goes down, does the IP-Phones work?
• if the DHCP server is replaced with another DHCP server, are there changes in the CUCM or in IP-Phones configuration?

2. Is there any interaction between DHCP server and CUCM?

Yes until their lease expires. Then no.

if the DHCP server is replaced with another DHCP server, are there 
changes in the CUCM or in IP-Phones configuration?

No; however, there may be changes needed on the switches (ip helper) if the DHCP server is not in the local subnet.

Is there any interaction between DHCP server and CUCM?

Hopefully not. CUCM is capable of receiving it's IP addresses from DHCP but this is not recommended.
