CUCM and IM Presence version 9.1.x unable to chat

Hi Folks

We are running CUCM and IM Presence version 9.1.x

Everything working ok except the chating..When i search for the users into the jabber i can see the users but its not working the status , and  when i choose the user i cant chat with him , etc

Do you have somenthing to advice?

Chrys, You can check a few things

1. Have you configured a sip proxy domain on your IM and presence server?

2. Are your users licensed for CUP and jabber

3. What is the status of "presence" on your jabber client (help>show connection status)

4. Are the SIP proxy and presence Engine services running?

5. Use the System troubleshooter to see whats going on

Can you post a screen shot of the connection status and the troubleshooter here...Did you also configure digest credentials for the end user?

I think that digest credentials are not need it
