CUCM and IP Communicator on Tunnel Issue

hello everybody

actually i have an unknown problem in my cucm v7.1

my problem is when our customers or co-worker ip-phones register on any tunnel such as PPTP or GRE , their phone are registered and cucm could see the phone but they could not be able to communicate with other phones on telephony network, but they can call outgoing to PSTN

i think that its because of the routing but i'm not sure

From the limited information it appears to be a routing issue.

Can you ping the voice subnet of other side from a GRE site. Did you try to ping\trace the IP address of any of the phones that you cann't reach from a particular GRE site?

thanks for your replay, its becaus of the mismatch gw on cucm and ip phones with VPN server
