CUCM and IPOSE SIP TRUNK Configuration

Hi ...

I need an assist me in attempting to complete a SIP call to a Cisco Call Manager (CUCM11.5) from an Avaya IPOSE 11.1. I am able to successfully call from any Avaya IP Phone on the IP Office to any extension on the CCM, but I cannot complete any calls from the CUCM to the IPOSE. Here is a sample sys monitor output from a failed call. 

Below is Cisco’s feedback as well, with the conclusion in the last line in red.

 

  1. The CUCM sends the sip:32091846@10.234.11.1:5060 SIP/2.0 to the AVAYA server.

Anyone have an answer for this? I am having the exact same issue.

As @Nithin Eluvathingal has already stated: Check with the Avaya technician
The error is coming from Avaya, so what do you want to troubleshoot on the CUCM side?!
Avaya needs to say, how they want the INVITE.

Come on guys, this has nothing to do with any technical stuff at all.
If B says "I don't like what A is sending", without mentioning why he doesn't like it, there is nothing A can change.

In the OP output the invite is sent with both video and voice capabilities. That could be what is causing the Avaya side to send the incompatible message. Try adding the command voice-class sip audio forced on the dial peer(s) facing the Avaya system. For more information please see this document. Video Suppression
