CUCM and UCCX not synching..

Hello All,

When we make change to End User in CUCM (e.g. change user's IPCC extension) it is not reflecting those changes in RMCM Resources under UCCX. Tried to delete user ( removing IPCC ext) in CUCM and user still exist under RMCM rather than Inactive Resources. Tried adding a new user and couldn't see it under RMCM. We have restared both UCCX servers and also restarted CTI Manager services on all CUCM servers. Still no luck.

Any help\suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

CUCM -> 7.1.5

UCCX -> 8.0.2

Have you tried to going into UCCX Desktop Admin and perform a resync of the directory.  See if that corrects the problem.

Already tried that and still experiencing same issue.

After engaging TAC, it was determined that this behavior was due to a bug. If the UCCX backup failed, it would lock the database and hence no changes were reflected in UCCX.
