I have the CUCM version 11.5
we already implement everything and it is running and working fine
I have already auto respond we someone call ex xxxx and press 1 or 2
what I want is how to change these messages ?? is it possible or I need to remove everything and reinstall

You just need to know what is the call handler on your Auto Attendant is the hitting one so you can change it.
