When I enter my logins ( which work) update failed : unable to access sftp server. please ensure the username and password are correct.
My SFTP server is Cerberus. When I check the logs it says No common host key. Key Exchange failed could not agree on key exchange parameter. All the algorithms are checked on the Cerberus side.
Is there some type of ssh key I have to set up on the call manger side?

DRS uses username and password to authenticate, not RSA keys. Ensure your SFTP server isn’t expecting the latter.
Also, the only SFTP server supported by Cisco with DRS these days is Prime Collaboration Deployment; they killed off generic OpenSSH support. This is important because Cisco can hide behind it as an excuse if you ever need to do a restore and the backup isn’t viable (DRS does not checksum/validate that a backup is intact after uploading it.)

Does anyone have any ideas? My passwords are right. "No common host key. Key Exchange failed could not agree on key exchange parameter" is what I keep seeing on the Cerberus side
