CUCM back up issue : unable to contact server. master or local agent could be down

Are you able to ping the SFTP server? Then try restaring DRF service.

Try restarting DRF Master and Local on both Subscribers and then try manual backup

Aman & Leosalcie ,

DRF Master and Local services are running all nodes of the cluster.

should I restart all mean first Pub then subs.

How many Subs do u have in cluster?Which SFTP sofwtare u are using for taking backups?

What is CUCM version and as asked by Leosalcie about SFTP reachability?

1. CUCM Verson - 7.1.5.33900-10

2. Pub- 1 Nos. and Sub - 2 Nos. in a cluster

3. SFTP reachable

4. SFTP software - Freeware FreeFTPD

Was this working earlier or any change in setup?

Where are the IP phones regsitered to Pub or SUB?

Can u try restarting Call Manager service on Pub if phones are registered on to SUB?

This was working but I suspacting last week my Pub got hangedso I restart it.

Today I schedule back up so I came to know this error.

It is in cluster so I can add IP Phone to any box.
