I'm testing using the BAT Update Lines feature to change VM settings.
I have one extension filter for ext# 1000 and try to change any of the "Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings" settings but this fails with the only clue being "0 records found".
What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like you don't have an extension 1000.What version of CUCM are you running?
