If I click on help on any screen in CM management I get a 404 error and no help. In Unity Connection management it works fine. Do I have to download and install a help file ? I have the system set to English (I am in the UK).
You are running into Bug ID CSCsi48388. Though this one refers to JPN it has a few duplicate bugs attached to it. You need to install ES 2118.001 to get a fix for this.
