CUCM call pickup with 7911

Hi,

We have CUCM 8.6.2 and 7911 phones . I want to active call pickup on three phones. Directories are 4000,40001,4002. 

When someone calls directory 4000, others must pickup call whose directories are 4001 and 4002.

I created ''call pickup group'' in ''call routing'' and I added it to the directories but I can not activate pickup button on phones (7911). It can be softkey or phone button.

Please assist.

Hi Nahid,

You cannot use phone button template for 7911 as it only has only line and have to go with softkey template.

You cannot use phone button template for 7911 as it only has only line and have to go with softkey template.

Thank you for your solution. It worked with section "Configuration Checklist for Directed Call Pickup" in link which you provided.
