Hello ,
I have a CUCM 8.x and trying to get the CDR on a billing software, but the CDR times of calls we are getting are in GMT and not our timezone,
I have seen in previous post ( but very old post) that the billing software should handle the time, is still the case or we can now mainpulate the cdr timezone?

The CDR records are still the same. Your billing software would be the one to convert the time.

Hi,
the CDRs should be generated based on the timezone where CUCM sits.
So if your CUCM is located in GMT, then the CDRs will be at the same timezone.
So from my point of view, your billing system would show the data based on your needs.
If it is not possible, it is time to search for a different one.
One idea could be to take a look here: http://www.2ring.com/ca
