I was wondering if there is a way for CUCM to pull all calls period, even the ones that never get answered on the other end. I have tested this out and currently if someone makes a call internally to either an external number or an internal number and the phone is not picked up either by a person or VM. The call is not registered inside the CDR reports.
I have CUCM 7.0.1 - and I have activated the CDR zero call option on both the pub and sub. Does anyone know if this information is able to be pulled from the CDR ?

Hi there,
You are on the right track. You would need to ensure the "CDR Log Calls with Zero Duration Flag" is enabled on ALL servers in the cluster in order for these kind of calls to be logged in CDR. "CDR Enable Flag" also needs to be enabled on ALL servers in the cluster.
Here is a wonderful document on understanding CDRs:

So Gene just activate this two option and you'll receive the no answer calls details.
My memory is not as bad as I thought...
