CUCM CDR to multiple billing servers issue

Hi ,

I have CUCM Cluster 11.5S2 version .

CDR managment configured to send CDR to multiple billing servers and worked properly.

1.Billing Application - Protocol :FTP

2.Billing Application - Protocol :SFTP

3.Billing Application - Protocol :FTP

Now there is Traffic Just to one of the servers the other servers don't get any CDR Files.

CLI CUCM Publisher:

file list activelog /cm/cdr_repository/destination1/20190303

file count = 5201

file list activelog /cm/cdr_repository/destination2/20190303

file count = 0

file list activelog /cm/cdr_repository/destination3/20190303

file count = 0

Tried to capture log with the command "Utils Network capture host ip "Billing Servers Address".

looks like there is no traffic which sent to both Billing Servers except destination1.

After reset  the services (Cisco CDR Repository Manager,Cisco CDR Agent ,Cisco CAR Scheduler ,Cisco SOAP - CallRecord Service,

looks like there is traffic to all Billing servers but after few days the issue came back.

On RTMT Alert Central i can see the following alert :

CDRAgentSendFileFailed - CDRAgentNodeAddress (cucm subscriber),CDRRepositoryNodeAddress(cucm publisher).

What could I have missed ?

Configwise everything seems OK, I'd take a look at bugs in that release, try to upgrade to the latest SU, or open a TAC to have that looked at.
