CUCM CDR version 11.5 does not show Translation Pattern on CDR

Hi,

We have 3 E1 line on the same VG.

The 3 E1 line has different number

Number A

Number B

Number C

Each of these 3 E1 line is configured to be translated to the UCCX_ApplicationNumber(10899)

When I checked the CDR I can see only the number(10899)

I need to get the total number of inbound calls for the 3 numbers respectively. But as per checking the CDR I cannot see any field regarding the translation pattern.

Hi Rahzby,

The Translation Patterns are not included in the classification of CDRs in CAR (CDR Analysis and Report) or in the CDR itself AFAIK, you can only obtain the fields for "Original Called number" and "Final Called number" but not a record about the translation. However, you can try a workaround that i suggested in one of the similar posts some time back

Thank you for the confirmation. I have already a work around in mind. I just wanted to confirm if CUCM version 11.5 still does not support this feature.
