utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name

This command resets the application user interface administrator name.

Thanks for the steps, kindly can I create another application account to the already active one?

From CLI?

You can of course do this in the GUI.  Just login in with the one accoutn create a user and assign them the correct group which has the admin roles.
