CUCM conference Bridge not registered

Hi.. I am facing challenge with CUCM 11 pub and Sub as Subscriber is not showing registered under media resource >>conference bridge, although DB replica seems working as any change on Pub is reflecting on Sub also. I tried to reboot Sub as well but still same issue.

Is the  Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App service started on the node?

Hi.. It is activated..please suggest

If the node has the service running and it still shows as None, check the service parameter for IPVMS and ensure that the run flag for the CFB is not set to False.

Hi, Run flag is set to True, please suggest.

Can you restart IPVMS on this node and then check ?

Hi.. i have tried rebooting this node twice, but still issue is there.

You would need to pull IPVMS logs from that node through RTMT and share here. I can take a look what is going on.

please find trace logs attached.

These are not trace. I need the following -

</ServiceName>
<ServiceName name="Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App">
<FileType name="sdi">
<FileName name="/var/log/active/cm/trace/cms/sdi/cms00000049.txt" modifiedDate="Mon May 07 22:23:03 IST 2018" size="2097098"></FileName>
<FileName name="/var/log/active/cm/trace/cms/sdi/cms00000050.txt" modifiedDate="Mon May 07 22:23:34 IST 2018" size="777836"></FileName>
</FileType>

Adding to that is the issue being reported only for CFB on this node or do your MTP/MOH/Annunciator appear as None as well ?

Hi.. all these showing as none.

Is there some kind of firewall between CUCM nodes blocking SCCP traffic by any chance (port TCP 2000)?

If not, you should review the logs for clues.

Hi..these is no firewall, both nodes are in same location and on same network.

Hi there

Could you try this. Login into Subscriber from GUI. Cisco Unified Serviceability >>>  Tools >>> Control Center >>> Network Services. Then try to access the PUB. If you are getting any kind of errors here, most probably you are pointing to a certificate issue. If you are able to access PUB, then go ahead and restart the RIS Data Collector service on all nodes in the cluster.

Hope this helps!

Cheers
Rath!
