CUCM & CUP 9.1 subscriber cluster

Dear

1. I am trying to install  CUP subscriber which is in different sub cluster than the publisher , I am not able to add the subscriber I get the error attached I have enabled access-list as a IP between the servers, but still it is prompting me with the same error,
2. Also I am getting the error on CUCM subscriber as per the attached.

I have done according to the link below but no success.

Hi Samuel,

Please verify that the subscriber entry is present under CUP Publisher topology and CUCM Application servers list.
