CUCM custom Ldap filter not workinhg

Hi , 

I am trying to set up custom filter in my CUCM  ver 10.5 . 

The filter is :

(&(objectclass=user)(!(userAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2))(title=Lecturer))

The filter is working but it imports disabled users 

Any  Idea ?

Try capitalizing the U in userAccountControl
