CUCM Device count summary

I am having issue with the device count summary. I see different number in pub and sub. Basicually they are showing only phones that are registered to their server We are using CUCM 9.1.2 .

Not sure if this is normal in 9.1.2. I am checking in 11.5 where phones are registered to sub but pub is showing correct device count summary.

I checked dbreplication is good on 9.1.2

What do you mean "I see different number in pub and sub"? How/where do calculate device count? It is normal to see different numbers, as far as registration is concerned.

On RTMT you can use CallManager -> Device -> Device Summary.
