Hi
I need to confirm if these 2 features are now available with CUCM 12.x or still not available
1- Call back for external calls
2- Limit the call duration for external calls only. not the global setting for all calls

If it's not listed in the new and changed documentation, then it has not changed from the way it was in previous releases.
