Hello,
I have the following problem.
I'm using Route List in CUCM 10.5 that contain only local route group so i'm selecting the final Route Group based on the Device Pool Local Route Group Settting. Everything was working fine here.
I have added two new subscirbers to my cluster and i've created new CUCM group that contains only that two new subscribers. When i've moved the Jabber client to the new Device Pool that has that new CUCM Group I can't call to the PSTN. I'm receiving the Fast Busy.
The only thing what is changin is DevicePool and CUCM GRoup. All other parameters are the same .
What might be the problem ?
Thank you very much for your help
Best Regards,
Tomasz

Does the new Device Pool has the local route group assigned (you might have checked but just to be sure)

Hello,
Yes of course. When i'm calling to the PSTN i hear reorder tone (fast busy).
Maybe this is something with Media Resources ?
I'm attaching the logs SDL (attachment) and callllog of the failed call:

Hello Tomasz,
A nice tool to use for troubleshooting failed calls is dialed number analyzer.
Login to
-> Cisco Unified Serviceability
-> Tools
-> Dialed number analyzer
-> Analysis
-> Phones
choose your phone for testing.
Results will show where the failure takes place.
Hope this helps.
