Hello

after a power issue which leads to system restart , I notice that there is issue with hard disk for my call manger .

when I do show hardware I found the below issue in RAID   , I need to investigate and check the hard disk and raid controller , how to figure which disk is faulty , or if the controller is faulty .

Hi,

I checked the output on MCS 7825 I4 and was not able to get the output as shared by me in snapshot while it is working on MCS 7835I3 .

Suggest opening TAC case.

try fetching the ADU report from server CLI. Try utils create report hardware

hello Varundeep

thanks for your replay , when I try it I got the below

admin:
admin:utils create report hardware

         *** WARNING ***
This process can take several minutes as the disk array, remote console,
system diagnostics and enviromental systems are probed for their current
values.

Continue (y/n)?y
Please contact Cisco TAC for information on how to run hardware diagnostics for                                                    this platform (CSCsm15968).

any advice

i suspect currently you are not able to view the hardware status because of below defect.

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCsv59702/?reffering_site=dumpcr

as your servers are on IBM hardware.

i suggest you to open a TAC Case so that an engineer can help you in giving a fix to generate the ADU report.
