attached is the file from tool I am worried about the IO wait and memory utilization is it seem normal ?? it has been deployed by OVF template.
please suggest the recommendation.

I think the OP's query is more: Is 10% I/O Wait a problem? That document just says "When I/O Wait is high" without defining what "High" is.
Personally, 10% I/O Wait isn't a huge load, IMHO. I am, however, curious why the system is sitting with 10% I/O wait when otherwise the system is idle. You may want to double check that your VMWare I/O speeds are within the requirements for CUCM virtualisation.
