CUCM Hunt Pilot not going to correct voicemail

Hello!  I am new to CUCM/CUC admin and teaching myself as I go.  I have run into a problem and exhausted my knowledge on the subject.  I have configured a hunt pilot to ring DN1, DN2, DN3, and then go to the voicemail of DN1.  Its ringing through the 3 numbers but if none of them answer it goes to the "Hello, Cisco Unity Messaging System, from a touch-tone...."   When I call DN1 directly it goes to the user's voicemail no problems.  When I first setup this hunt pilot/group, it worked without issue. It has only recently stopped working properly.  I am not sure what to do here, hopefully someone can help :)

Not sure if it matters, but all 3 phones have the HG logout softkey and they use it to login/out of the HG quite a bit.  I tested it with all of them logged in and with none of them logged in, and it does the same thing.

Thanks

That should have never worked without extra config, the default settings for CUC are to use the original called number to find the mailbox, and that's the DN of the hunt pilot.

What you need to do for that to work, is go to CUC, and add the DN from the hunt pilot as an alternate extension for your user who has DN1.
